Each year, over 4,000 participants engage in Intramural Sports. The Intramural Sports season runs from September to April. For more detailed information, please contact James Cress, Coordinator of Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs.

PLAY STRUCTURE

The leagues are offered as round-robin play with single elimination playoff.

REGISTRATION

Team registration is on-line. Regrettably, the number of entries may be limited in some sports due to limited facility space. The league convenor will attempt to accommodate all teams. Entries require the registration fee to be confirmed. No entry forms will be accepted after the published deadline of the registration. Following the registration period, Managers and individual registrants must attend the Managers' meeting for each sport.

FEES

Team entry fees are due at the intramural office before the end of the registration deadline.  The intramural office is located in the LB Gym in room A122.

Performance/Default Deposit - 2 x $75 undated cheques made out to UNB.

INDIVIDUALS

Individuals can sign-up as an individual at the Intramural Office (A122 in the LB Gym) during the registration dates listed and attend the manager's meeting for each sport you wish to play.

MANAGER’S MEETING

Attendance at Managers' meetings is mandatory. At the Manager’s Meeting for each league, information is distributed, extra team members can be picked up, new information is distributed and team managers are reminded of important rules and regulations.

PLAYER ADDITIONS

In order to add a player to a team roster, the player must have the permission of the team manager or captain. The player must go to the Intramural Office (A122 in the LB Gym) and fill out the player addition form. No player is allowed to play for more than one team in the same league.

SCHEDULES

Schedules of Intramurals Sports leagues will be posted on the Campus Recreation website at http://campusrec.unbf.ca/intramurals/schedules.html. Please watch for schedule updates.
